ORTELIUSSTRAAT PT. 2

The second part of the Orteliusstraat project focuses on the ground-floor apartment, redesigned with resale in mind. A four-meter extension was added, significantly increasing the living space. This created a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area with a direct view of the renovated garden. The kitchen features a full back wall and a central island with bar stools, ideal for informal dining or socializing. A large induction hob with integrated extractor hood was installed in the island, perfectly combining functionality and sleek design.

The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, the ideal place to unwind. A custom-made vanity unit, finished with an elegant marble top, adds to the refined look. All faucets and accessories are finished in gunmetal, creating a striking contrast with the soft tones of the tiles and wall paint.

The extension's facade is finished with elegant vertical wooden cladding, giving it a warm yet modern look. This natural material immediately adds character and ambiance to the garden and creates a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
At the front of the house, a spacious master bedroom has been designed, featuring a custom-made storage unit with oak veneer fronts. This custom solution adds both warmth and functionality.
